Here below are the requirements for opening a Corporate Account:

1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Valid list of Directors
4. Government Issued ID for each director; must contain Full Name, D.O.B, nationality and photo.
5. If using an ID card, please provide both sides.
6. Valid list of Shareholders
7. Government Issued ID for each shareholder holding 25% or more.
8. If a shareholder is a corporate entity full company documents are required.
9. Government Issued ID; must contain Full Name, D.O.B, nationality and photo
10. If using an ID card, please provide both sides.
11. Proof of Operating Address
12. Bank statement or Utility Bill dated within the last 6 months, cannot be internet printed.
13. Mobile phone bills are not acceptable
